Kathleen Montero is knowledgeable in travel, and has been passionate about it since she took her first abroad trip on her own at the age of four. Growing up in one of the top trend-setting cities, Kathleen has always been able to spot the latest buzz.

Served as a team leader and role model to campers and other staff members by facilitating group activities and delegating responsibilities to the group staff. Communicated with parents through weekly newsletters, e-mails, and camper portraits. Established a positive group environment and mediated conflicts between campers and staff. Also, filled out incident reports when necessary.
